I am totally disappointed with BLG Movers regarding the loading and transportation of my BMW car.
At the time of booking, they promised me that:
• My car would be loaded in my presence.
• It would only be unloaded at the final destination point.
• It would not be unloaded anywhere in between without my knowledge.
• The total charges would be ₹24,000/- with zero hidden charges and 100% risk cover insurance.
• Payment terms: 50% at the time of loading and the remaining 50% at the time of unloading at my city (the destination).
However, the reality was completely different.
On 24.08.2025 my car was loaded in my presence.
But on 02.09.2025 [which is the car unloading date] at 3 p.m., BLG Movers demanded the remaining 50% payment. I explained that, as per the agreed terms, the balance was due only at the time of unloading. But they refused to accept this, and instead threatened that if I failed to pay immediately, the truck would not reach my destination and would be diverted 300 km away. Left with no option, I made the full payment.
Shockingly, after receiving the entire amount, they further demanded an additional ₹9,000/- towards “insurance.” When I questioned this—since insurance charges had already been included in the ₹24,000/-—they again threatened me, saying they would not hand over my car and would not disclose its location unless I paid. Under compulsion and threats, I was forced to pay that amount too, without being given any insurance proof.
Later, BLG Movers shared a location & immediately when I reached there at 8 p.m., no truck was found. Without my knowledge, my car had been unloaded 100 km away. Even worse, someone drove my car without my permission, removed my FASTag, and abandoned it 18 km short of the destination. The car was left in a heavy traffic area, with the keys inside, completely unattended since around 5 p.m.
This shows that BLG Movers are fraudsters and cheaters who never adhere to their commitments, misuse customer trust, and resort to threats and deception.
Public, pls be aware of such fraudulent movers and avoid falling victim to their false promises.
