Before the delivery they will be very active and nicely but they took too much time to deliver the product. In starting they will say, it will be delivered to you in 1 week, but it's been more than 2 weeks and they are saying we have too much of workload and your luggage's are in our warehouse of Gurgaon but no one is taking responsibility seriously to deliver it. They were not on time to transport it immediately after receiving the product. They kept it for 2 days in Bangalore warehouse post receiving and then sent the weightage of the product. The receiving date was 16th May and today is 29th May and still I'm getting the same messages like it will be delivered today. We are calling again and again to deliver the product and daily they will say the same message that it will be delivered today and each time you will call, they will be asking the tracking number. The product came to the location warehouse and it's been there for 3-4 days. They never respond to the messages for the delivery or they will never call back to inform that this has been the reason so that we couldn't delivered. Atleast, they should inform to customers. Such a careless team.

Booked my luggage from Bangalore - only partial delivery was made. I have been following up since last 2 months for remaining boxes highlighted in attached docs - they confirmed that they are there with them in office. However, even after multiple follow-ups and calls - they are not ready to give my boxes back to me. Never go for this packer - worst experience with them. Mr Suraj Agarwal and his team is a pack of thugs. Pretty sure all good ratings below are paid ones.
