Booked my luggage from Bangalore - only partial delivery was made. I have been following up since last 2 months for remaining boxes highlighted in attached docs - they confirmed that they are there with them in office. However, even after multiple follow-ups and calls - they are not ready to give my boxes back to me. Never go for this packer - worst experience with them.
